During this phase, the main agreements of the project are established, including the detail of the functional and non-functional scope. The main deliverable of this phase is the Vision and Scope document.

This phase includes the implementation of the solution in a production environment, the transition of the project to the operations and support team, as well as obtaining the formal approval of the project.
